Your order’s estimated delivery time depends on two factors:
Handling time:
This is the time between placing your order and when it’s ready for shipment (handed off to the carrier). Typical handling times by product type are:

Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Ladies T-shirts, etc.): 2–4 business days

Transit Time:

US Orders: We ship using DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS, with most packages delivered through USPS local post offices. Average transit time is 5–7 business days.

International Orders: Shipped via DHL eCommerce and delivered by the local postal service. Average delivery time is 20–25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.Orders are only processed with a valid, complete shipping address. Please double-check your information at checkout.All shipments include a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s status.

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
We verify shipping addresses using USPS address validation data before processing orders. If your address is incomplete or invalid, your order will be held until we receive confirmation from you. If we do not hear from you within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Packages sent to invalid addresses will be returned to us. In such cases, we do not offer re-shipping, and payments are non-refundable as we do not keep payment details for additional charges.
If there is an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you via the email provided in your order confirmation.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to:

ITEM NOT RECEIVE

If the status shows “Delivered,” please check your mailbox and any nearby delivery locations.

If you cannot locate your package, contact the carrier to file a claim.

If your package is still in transit, please wait 2–3 additional days before contacting us.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility:

US orders: If more than 20 days have passed since shipment and delivery has failed, you may request a refund or replacement.
