BUYER CANCELLATION

Shopping on smartphones with small screens can sometimes lead to accidental orders, and we understand that shopping is often an emotional experience where decisions may change. If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours using the contact methods listed at the end of this page to request a cancellation.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

We appreciate that you love our products and hope refunds won’t be necessary. However, if you receive an item that falls under the following situations, please contact us to submit a return or replacement request.

Eligible Products for Return or Replacement

  • Defective or damaged items upon receipt

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

Ineligible Reasons

  • Change of mind after 24 hours of purchase

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer (please refer to the size chart provided with each product)

  • Other issues caused by customer responsibility

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests after 14 days will not be considered.

  • Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue or defect.

  • Allow 2-3 business days for us to investigate your request.

  • We will email you our decision and proposed solution.

Return or Replacement

  • Return: After your return is approved, we will initiate the return process within 1-3 business days. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, although bank processing times may sometimes cause a delay of up to 15 days. If you do not see your refund after this time, please contact us promptly.

  • Replacement: If you prefer, we are happy to send you a replacement product. Please note that the replacement must be of the same or lower price than the original purchase.
